Keep rollin', rollin', rollin'
Hi All. In retrospect, I probably should have started this sooner. Like when he was born - or maybe during my pregnancy. Oh well. If motherhood has taught me anything, it has taught me to not get too hung up on things - there are bigger things to worry about.
Connor is such a special treat. They tell you that you will be amazed at how much you will love your children - words could not be truer. And its amazing discovering new things each day with him.
This weekend he learned to roll over from his back to his tummy. He’s been rolling over from his tummy to his back for some time now, but this was a first. You’d be amazed, but there is a very big difference between the two. When you go from tummy to back, you just kind of have to push off and gravity does the rest. From back to tummy, it requires your whole body taking intiative and following through.
So he learned how to do that and now he’s a moving machine! Its scary. You’ll put him down on the floor, turn around to talk to someone, and turn back around and he’s in a completely different spot. Because he also can spin himself around 360 degrees. So between the rolling and the spinning this kid can get around! Tim of course thinks that this excellent motor skill development means that he’s going to be a great NBA star someday.
He’s three months old now. And as you can see from the picture - he’s a very big boy! Other three month old babies look very scrawny to us, because we are used to our little brute. Seriously - he could beat up other babies. Again, Tim is hoping this speaks well of his future in sports. I love my big boy to death, but I do kind of miss him being little. And quiet. And still. :)

I must say he is a big boy! And very cute...
However, give Lucas a couple more months and he might be able to tackle Conner! He is already over 12.5 lbs and he is just 1month!! They estimate is 6month weight at 22-25 lbs!! Looks like I need to start lifting weights!
Give the little guy a hug and kiss for me.... not Tim!! Conner!!! lol!~~

Jen your baby is so cute. i'm so excited to visit him...and you of course.
