We didn’t used to get so many at work, but for some reason lately we’ve been getting them every time we use the web, even to check staff mail.
Fri: went to Christy’s funeral, don’t even want to go into how much that sucked.
Sat: hung out around home, went out for ice cream.
Sun: rinse, repeat.
That’s it.
Posted by Mandy at 19.04.04 19:40I highly recommend the Google toolbar. Its free, useful, and blocks popups.
Posted by: Jen at 20.04.04 08:45Well regarding pop-ups. First get an anti spy ware application and run it on your pc. More time than not, you will have spyware running on your pc from misc programs/websites and this brings up pop-ups. secondly, if you do not need the open network messenger port close it-your network admin should know about this though its in the service.msc settings on the pc. Lastly as mentioned a antipop up program such as the google toolbar is always handy to use.
Secondly-I was wondering if you had attended Christy’s service as myself and others were wondering who you were so we can thank you in person for what you shared of your feelings on this blog about her. It was very tough. Hope you are doing well.
