I am Ned Mercury, the proprietor of the Mercuriosity Shop. Part cabinet of curiosities, part museum of imagination, here you may encounter any number of fantastical beings within these corridors.
At the Shop you will discover my notebook entries, which you will find cover such subjects as
book recommendations, strange
dreams I’ve experienced,
portraits of visitors we’ve entertained, and sometimes just tidbits of
goings-on around the Shop.
You may also find
a Columbary of Muses. Beautiful nymphs, goddesses, and a faerie or two spend their days lounging about in this lovely addition to the Shop. Peek in to admire their exquisite beauty. If you are so inclined, perhaps you’ll hear one or two of their secrets.

The long awaited
Mercuriosity Gift Shop will be opening soon, that is, some time before June! Yes, 2004. I know it's been a while in the making Many items have been designed, such as jerseys and t-shirts, posters, mugs and much more, all emblazoned with some of the most popular images from the Shop. Of course, If you have any suggestions for items you don't see, don't hesitate to ask your dearest Ned.
And other long-range plans are in the works as well. My goal is to make the Mercuriosity Shop
the place to be for inspiration on matters of imagination. So feel free to fill up the Comment Cupboards, or just wander outside the chateau on the shoreline of the subconscious. You are always welcome at the Mercuriosity Shop!
